NOTE THE FIRST: This story contains MONDO HUGE SPOILERS for the series, so do yourself a favor and don't read it until you've seen the series in its entirety—not that it'll make any sense if you haven't seen the whole series anyway.

NOTE THE SECOND: This story is based upon the anime version of events as well as the manga version (as drawn and told by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto and translated into English by Viz Comics). So if something from the original Eva timeline seems to have happened slightly differently in this story than you remember it having happened in the anime, it's most likely artistic license (duh *g*), but it's also probably because I'm using the interpretation from the manga.

Planned: a prologue, twenty-six chapters, twenty-four interludes and an epilogue. (Always subject to brainstorms, of course. *g*)
